Get your listing market-ready in 7 days
This guide walks you through everything from creating your first listing to going live on portals. Follow these steps and you'll have a streamlined workflow for every property.
Create your account
Head to listingsready.com.au/register and choose "Real Estate Agent".
Fill in your name, email, and password. On the next step, add your bookkeeper's email — all invoices and payment reminders will be CC'd to them automatically.
Pick a plan and enter your card to start the 14-day free trial. We won't charge until day 15 — cancel anytime in the trial and pay nothing.
Add your first listing
From the dashboard, click "Manage Listings" or go to the Listings tab in the sidebar.
Click "+ Add Listing" and enter the property address, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, and vendor name.
ListingsReady automatically creates a 9-step launch checklist with due dates calculated from today: authority signed, styling booked, photography booked, photos received, floor plan ordered, listing copy written, listed on REA & Domain, signboard installed, and first open home scheduled.
You can customise due dates by clicking the date picker next to each task, and add custom steps using the "+ Add a step" button at the bottom.
Book a photographer
Go to the Photographers tab to browse available photographers in your area.
Use the search bar and filters to find the right match — filter by rating, price, and area.
Click "View Profile" to see their packages, availability, portfolio links, and booking terms.
Click "Book" or go to Bookings → "New Booking" to start the booking wizard.
Select a date from the calendar, enter the property address (or import from an existing listing), choose a package if available, and add any special instructions.
You can also invite people to the booking — homeowners get a simplified vendor portal view showing the progress of their property's preparation.
Request styling quotes
Go to the Stylists tab to browse property stylists.
Click "View Profile" then "Request Quote" to open the quote form.
Enter or import the property address, select rooms to style, choose the service type (full styling, partial styling, or occupied styling), and set your preferred setup date.
Here's the key feature: you can select multiple stylists to send the same quote request to. Each stylist will respond independently, so you can compare quotes side by side.
Stylists typically respond within 48 hours with a detailed quote including setup date, collection date, and total cost with GST.
Once you receive quotes, review them in your dashboard and accept the one that best fits your budget and timeline.
Track your checklist
Your dashboard shows all upcoming tasks across all listings — overdue items, due today, and due soon.
Click any task to jump directly to that listing's checklist.
Tick off items as you complete them — the progress bar updates in real time.
The calendar view shows all your tasks and bookings in a weekly, monthly, or daily view, so you can see everything at a glance.
Overdue items appear in red with alerts on your dashboard, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Review deliverables and manage invoices
When your photographer delivers photos, you'll get a notification. Open the booking to view and download the deliverables.
If revisions are needed, use the in-thread revision request feature — the photographer gets notified instantly.
Invoices from photographers and stylists appear in your Invoices tab. Your bookkeeper is automatically CC'd on all invoice emails.
Click "Mark Paid" when you've processed payment. Overdue invoices show a warning banner on your dashboard.
Tips for getting the most out of ListingsReady
Set up your bookkeeper email in Profile → Business & Invoicing so invoices go to the right person from day one.
Use the "Import from listing" option when booking photographers or requesting styling quotes — it auto-fills the property details.
Check your dashboard daily — the checklist widget shows you exactly what needs attention today.
Leave reviews for photographers and stylists after completed work — it helps other agents find the best providers.
